FAQ
Yes! We do allow alterations on gowns purchased elsewhere. There is an upcharge fee payable to the boutique on top of the seamstress charges. This upcharge is for the use of our boutique for your appointments, as well as steaming of your wedding gown, plus additional items if needed.
In order to give you the full attention of our experienced consultants, appointments are necessary.
Bridal gown appointments last apprx 2 hours
Bring pictures of dresses you’ve seen on websites, in magazines, on www.theknot.com, or that you’ve tried on elsewhere. Bring an open mind: don’t be surprised if you find “the dress” on your first visit to Bacio Bacio Bridal. We have shoes and undergarments for you to use when you try on gowns.
Limit your entourage to the closest friends or family members whose opinions you trust and who understand you well, those with whom you wish to share the experience of selecting your gown. Inviting more than three people can complicate the process. However, for those who desire a larger group's presence for this special occasion, inquire about our "Reveal" appointment!
Most of our samples are the traditional sample size, which is 10-16. We also improved our selection of designer plus-size samples.
We love children! We do ask that you bring a child sitter who can monitor them. Children are to be seated at all times. If your child is disruptive to others, someone will need to take them for a walk.
We allow clear drinks ONLY. Glasses must be held at all times and not placed on our chairs or flooring. NO food or snacks are allowed at any time. Champagne must be popped outside, as we love our chandeliers, mirrors, and our eyes!
No, we only sell new gowns. If you would like suggestions on charities to donate your gown, give us a call.
